Special Notes:
- One hour (60 minutes) of clear audio may take 3 to 6 hours to transcribe depending on a number of variables such as poor audio quality etc. (Approximately one hour per 15 minutes of audio). More than one speaker audio files take longer, i.e. 4 to 8 hours.

- Poor quality audio, multi speakers, and focus groups are charged at a slightly higher rate as more concentration is required by the Transcriptionist when there is background noise, low quality sound audio, people talkng at the same time or speakers not speaking directly into the recorder.
